Each signature cookie weighs approximately 6 ounces and measures 4 to 5 inches in diameter, making them thick, gooey, and perfect for sharing (or not).

How long will my cookies stay fresh?

Our cookies are baked fresh daily with no preservatives. They stay fresh in their original packaging for up to 5 days, or you can freeze them for up to 3 months for a treat later on.

Do you offer nationwide shipping?

Yes! We ship our cookies across the country via express mail to ensure they arrive at your doorstep as fresh as possible. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

What is your return policy for perishable goods?

Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

Do you have options for people with allergies?

While we offer some recipes without nuts, all our cookies are prepared in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, wheat, and eggs. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
