Due to the perishable nature of our giant cookies, we cannot accept returns once the products have left our bakery. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right through a replacement or store credit.

Return Process

    Inspect Your Cookies

    Upon delivery, please immediately check your package for any signs of damage or incorrect items before opening the individual heat-sealed wrappers.

    Capture Photos

    If there is an issue, take clear photos of the shipping box and the damaged cookies to help us process your claim with our carrier.

  • 3.
    Contact Support

    Email our crumb-care team within 48 hours of delivery at support@chloesgiantcookies.com with your order number and the photos attached.

  • 4.
    Resolution Process

    Our team will review your request within 24 hours and arrange for a fresh batch to be baked and shipped or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
